THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
WHY Living Rogue?
For too long, we’ve been trained to follow a script. Living Rogue is the choice to reclaim who you are.
WHY LIVING ROGUE
Something Still Feels Missing.
For too long, we’ve been trained to follow a script – to climb ladders, hold it together, do what’s expected, and not ask too many questions.
Even when it all “works”… something still feels missing. We’ve lost ourselves in the performance. The roles. The relentless pursuit of approval. The rhythm of a life on autopilot.
Living Rogue is the choice to reclaim who you are.
Not in rebellion – but through radical honesty.
It’s about the willingness to notice what drains you and move toward what gives you life. This isn’t about burning it all down. It’s about waking up. Making space. And building a life that feels like yours again.
Not someday. Today.
THE LIFE THAT SHAPED THIS WORK
Becoming a Likeable Rogue
For nearly four decades I lived in the corporate world – sales leadership, performance coaching, executive development and advising.
I was the guy who made things happen. Flying to meetings. Closing deals. Helping others reach the next level.
I believed in hard work, discipline and responsibility. In many ways these values served me well. But life has a way of bringing moments which redefine your perspective.
Watching my son struggle with addiction forced me to confront something I had spent most of my life avoiding – the limits of my control. What my son needed wasn’t fixing. He needed Listening. Acceptance. Presence.
Learning to sit with that changed me in ways I couldn’t have predicted. It softened me. It humbled me. And it showed me the power of acceptance and compassion. Not just for others. But for myself too.
THE TURNING POINT
Relearning How to Be Present
connection between my mind and body.
Cycling shifted from being a form of exercise to a source of moving meditation.
Yoga introduced me to something even simpler, deeper: breathing, stillness and awareness.
For someone used to constant motion and problem solving, these were powerful revelations.
When one slows down enough to breathe, something changes.
Your mind clears. Your perspective shifts. And you begin to hear the quieter voice inside you
that’s often drowned out by all the noise and busyness of an active, high performance oriented
environment.
That experience – being present in my body, breathing, letting the mind settle – became an
important part of my own realignment.
It helped me step back from a performance mindset and begin to reconnect with what actually
mattered most in my life.
THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE WORK
Why I Do This Work
Living Rogue wasn’t created as a business idea. It grew out of lived experience.
Years of success. Moments of confusion. Family struggles that demanded humility. And the realisation that clarity rarely comes from pushing harder.
It comes from slowing down and listening more deeply.
Today I work with successful professionals navigating a similar moment in their lives. People who have achieved a great deal, but sense that the next chapter requires a different kind of leadership.
Not more performance. More presence.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Are You Ready?
Are you successful on paper but quietly questioning what's next?
You may have built a career, reputation, and a life that others admire. Yet somewhere inside, something feels incomplete. More people feel this than ever admit. Living Rogue creates space to explore the deeper questions – questions about purpose, identity, and what the next chapter of life might look like. This work isn’t about starting over. It’s about authentic realignment.
Do you feel like you've been performing your life rather than living it?
Have you outgrown parts of your life but aren't sure what comes next?
Are you carrying responsibility but feeling less connected to meaning?
Can you have clarity without blowing everything up?
Are you at a point where something inside you knows it's time for a change?
